Private & Semi-Private Training

Achieve your goals. Train 1:1 or, up to 3:1 and receive personalized, results driven training. We’ll assess you regularly for strength, body-composition, lifestyle and diet to properly track your achievements. 3C will push you through programs that will achieve your goals and beyond. You’ll learn correct form, nutrition protocols and training programs that will give you the confidence to additionally train by yourself or you can get the benefits of feeling the energy in small group training.

Corrective Exercise & Functional Movement

Corrective Exercise/ Injury Rehab

Post-rehab or continuously injured, we work with you to improve your functional movement patterns. Post-rehab clients need to work consistently on strengthening their basic mechanics while working their way back into their normal routine. We assess you through FMS and SFMA screenings to first determine if you have any asymmetries that cause weaknesses or imbalances, along with testing your over all strength capacity.

Biosignature: Protocol Programs  & Supplements

BioSignature Modulation is a cutting-edge fat loss, hormonal and health assessment method developed by world-renowned strength coach Charles Poliquin.

There are 12 major body fat sites that are accurately tested. Measurements from each site are then compared to identify which areas of the body have excessive levels of fat.  Once the BioSignature sites are analyzed, the next step is to set out a specific protocol of diet, exercise and supplementation to resolve the problem. Your personal protocol will positively impact your:

  • Thyroid
  • Testosterone and Growth Hormone
  • Insulin
  • Estrogen
  • Cortisol
  • Sleep and energy levels
  • Fat vs. lean mass (body composition)

By obtaining a hormonal blue print of the body and addressing any deficiencies, this information will be utilized by your 3C coach to tailor your nutrition, training and supplementation programs to increase insulin sensitivity, successfully reduce body fat, and address other related health issues.

Once undergoing the Poliquin® BioSignature program, participants commonly report increased mental clarity, improved quality of sleep, higher energy levels, better moods and reduced body fat vs lean mass (body composition).

Nutrition Plans

Precision Nutrition (PN) is a research-driven methodology to make fitness and nutrition an attainable, enjoyable combination for everyone.  With a PN certification, 3C offers the option to curate nutrition plans per client and providing you personal guidelines.  We take into consideration your lifestyle, and current eating habits to design and build daily nutrition plans so the necessary improvements are ingrained in your daily activities. This will educate you on how meeting your water, protein, carb, fat and nutrient requirements is not as daunting as it may seem.

REMOTE training

Remote Fitness Training

Flexibility.  Customized. Remote training plans are ideal when your schedule doesn't afford you 1:1 training time with a 3C coach or, if you are always on the go.  Our remote plan options keep you committed to training weekly at the convenience of your personal schedule . We consider your work and life schedule, your limitations, and what goals you are looking to achieve. Weekly check-ins with your coach based on your schedule, make evaluations easily accessible to adjust and monitor progress.

Lori Thomson, a certified personal trainer, discovered her drive for fitness in college while she was earning her B.S. in Exercise Science, and M.S. in Business Management while playing collegiate soccer in Chicago.  That set the course for her life passion: excelling in high-performance personal training.  The pursuit of perfection coupled with her body of knowledge, enables Lori to tailor the optimum training experience specific to fitness level and goals.

In the past 9 years of personal training, Lori has developed an unbelievable thirst for the science behind high-performance training.  One of Lori's key qualities is keeping a positive approach while working with all levels of clients whether post-rehab, sports specific, or weight loss: allowing scientific-based programming to help tailor the mode of training.  

Lori shares her passion for personal training and nutrition by encouraging her clients everyday by way of her positive attitude.
